I became a Support Worker in December of 2020. What started out as a job, quickly became a huge passion of mine, leading me back into studying and gaining my
certifications in Individual Support and Disability.
While working for the company I started in this industry with, I received a Parliamentary award for my work with the differently abled and for my services to the wider community.
2 years later, I decided to go out on my own, working one-on-one with a wonderful participant who I still work with today. I soon had other participants coming to me and asking for my help and I realised that I couldn’t do it on my own. I reached out to a couple of the best support workers I know and asked for their help! This culminated in me starting my own support company, Equilibrium SA.
At Equilibrium SA, we provide support work and other support services for those with differing abilities. We are here to support you to do all the activities that you love and enjoy, while also assisting you in maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
